We have been serving the Chicago are since 2008 with New Construction and Remodels of Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Residential Projects. Projects
Below are some of the projects we have completed over the last couple of years
Winfield Station - 163 Unit Ground Up
163 Unit Multi-Residential apartment building located downtown Winfield. Project consisted of a parking garage under more than half of the building and the other portion was underground. 2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom Units with laundry, water heater and sub meter in each unit.
100 Unit Ground Up - South Elgin
100 Unit Multi residential building, ground up construction. Our team is in the final stages of completing this project with fixtures going in. This was a fast paced project with PVC SCH 40 waste and vent and CPVC water pipes. Each unit was independent with water heaters and water meters.
Woodspring Suites
Total of 4 123 Room 4 story hotels completed to date. These are all new construction ground up hotels, each one was different in its own way, all hotels were PVC SCH 40 waste and vent. Some had CPVC and PEX water lines, some were all copper. These were fast paced hotels and our team was able to beat the schedule each time.
La-Fitness
New Construction of a La-Fitness Signature Club in Naperville, IL. With Pool, 2 Spas, 2 Saunas, full lockers rooms, and 5 water heaters. Plumbing and gas pipe. Also we have done landlord work for La Fitness in Mundelein and Chicago
Panda Express
3 Panda Express Completed and 1 currently under construction. 1 Of the many different fast food restaurants completed. Our team is experience in all the different requirements for back-flow systems required for these restaurants. We have in house back-flow testing and certification. Projects completed in Chicago, Waukegan, Joliet and Vernon Hills
Panera Bread
Total of 6 locations complete to date. These restaurants require a great deal of knowledge in dealing with all the different equipment. Panera Bread has soda sleeves installed underground and overheard, along with gas pipe and a lot of back-flow prevention for the various kitchen equipment and chemical dispensers.
42 Unit Multi Residential
Complete plumbing services for a 42 Unit Multi Residential building for waste, vent, water and gas pipe. This was a high end multi residential building in Chicago and was all cast iron and copper. We had 8" storm pipes to pick up the roof drains and 4" gas pipe for all the furnaces, kitchens and laundries.
7 Eleven Gas Station
We have completed 14Â 7 Eleven Convenience Store Gas Stations to date.
Most project were ground up, some were remodels with cutting and patching of concrete required. Combination of copper water pipe and CPVC RO filter piping.
Andy's Frozen Custard
We have completed Andy's locations in Naperville - 2 Locations, Oswego, Elgin, Mt Prospect and we are currently working on a location in Schaumburg
The Learning Experience
Zivak Plumbing Inc has completed these daycare facilities in - Bolingbrook, Montgomery, Gurnee and just finished one in West Chicago
My Salon
Currently under construction in Oak Brook, Underground and rough has been completed and fixtures should be going in within a couple of weeks
The Goddard School
Daycare Facility, multiple rooms with each having a sink and a bathroom. Another successful project that we completed ahead of schedule
Delta Sonic Regional Office
Plumbing underground, rough, gas and trim for a regional office in Naperville.
Eat The Frog Fitness
Workout facility, with bottle fillers, showers, bathrooms and Bradley Sinks, faucets that have built in soap dispensers and hand dryers.
Orange Theory Fitness
Killdeer workout facility, multiple bathrooms with sinks and showers. Bottle filler station in workout room.
Dental Alliance - New Lenox
First Dental Alliance that we will be a part of, Underground plumbing with vacuum and air pipes. Aboveground Waste water and vent with Oxygen, Nitrogen and Air piping.
Dental Works
3 Locations complete with each chair getting its own Vacuum and Air pipe. Underground, Aboveground and final connections to all necessary equipment. Provide and test all back-flow devices.
McAlisters Deli
Gurnee Location Completed in 2019, poor existing underground plumbing that had to get reworked and fixed for new restaurant. We also have done landlord work for a McAlisters Deli in Algonquin.
Oltean Dental
Dental Surgery Center in Grayslake, underground vacuum and air to the chairs we overhead Nitrogen and Oxygen pipes. Provide and install all necessary Back-flow devices and connect to compress and vacuum system.
Dunkin Donuts
New dunking donuts, underground, aboveground and trim including connection all the kitchen equipment for dunking donuts
Fresh Thyme Grocery Store
New grocery store with a large underground system for all the coolers and food equipment, sleeves for refrigerator pipes. Aboveground piping to all the kitchen equipment requiring filtered water.
Level 257 Schaumburg
This was a difficult project because all the wast pipe had to be suspended because the Sears store below was open. All waste and vent pipes were cast iron and copper.
Granite City - Brewery Naperville
New ground up restaurant and brewery, provide all glycol lines for the brewing equipment, insulate all pipes properly due to the big temperature differences in the room and glycol line.
Bob's Discount Furniture
New construction for a Bob's Furniture store going into a old HH Gregg store, Including waste, vent and water. Cut and patch concrete.
Ross Dress For Less
Over 10 locations completed all over the Chicago area, Plumbing, gas pipe and concrete cut and patch for plumbing work.
